When you’re used to always showing up for others, it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs. If you’ve been feeling drained, anxious, or not quite like yourself, you’re not alone. Many professionals and high-achievers reach a point where the same strengths that drive their success—empathy, responsibility, and persistence—also lead to stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion.
I specialize in working with professionals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law, so I have a deep understanding of the perfectionism, pressure, and chronic stress that often come with demanding careers.
My approach to therapy is relational and trauma-informed, integrating mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, and somatic perspectives. I use practical strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and neurobiology to promote sustainable change. As a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, I also offer this therapy to help your mind and body process and heal from overwhelming experiences.
Together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore what’s been weighing on you, build resources to balance your nervous system, and rediscover your purpose and resilience.
