At Willow Creek Counseling MN, we believe that great care for clients begins with great care for clinicians. We’re building a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated, compassionate professionals who value both independence and connection.

We are currently seeking fully licensed clinicians to join our practice as independent contractors. This role offers the flexibility to choose the model that best fits your life and your clients’ needs, virtual, in-person, or hybrid. You’ll have the freedom to shape your own schedule and caseload while being part of a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative community.
