Cody Kirk, MA, LPCC
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and you have now taken one of the hardest steps and decided to seek support. You may be feeling alone, frustrated, or unsure where to start, and I want to offer you a supportive, non-judgmental space to navigate these challenges. Fit is everything in therapy, and I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe in a collaborative, open-conversational approach that merges practical, actionable tools with deep reflection. Together, we will work to build the skills you need to thrive. My practice is grounded in humanistic and existential principles, which means I treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I help you explore your core beliefs, personal narratives, and underlying experiences that contribute to your current challenges. When necessary, I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy to support symptom management and growth.
My Experience
With a background in individual, family, and group therapy within outpatient and intensive settings, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families navigating dual diagnosis, severe mental health disorders, and crisis management.
Next Steps
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. This allows us to meet, ensure we are a good match, or help point you in the right direction if I am not the best fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
